Please call to schedule an appointment. |
| Cancellation Policy We require the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all consultation appointments. We do not cancel appointments via email -- please call the office! If you miss an appointment or do not call us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $100. If you do need to cancel your appointment, kindly give us the earliest possible notice so we may accommodate another client. For any surgery appointment, you can reschedule your appointment at latest 7 business days prior to the scheduled surgery date. For surgery appointments, failure to provide such notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Product Returns If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased at this clinic, you can return the unused product for a full refund within 3 weeks of the purchase. |
